Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
-Items on our website are available and ready to ship in 1-3 business days after order is placed unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays when USPS is closed.
-If you’re local to Nolensville/Nashville TN, you may choose local pick up at checkout.
-Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. Cozy Posie Candle Co LLC is not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that track as delivered.
If your package is lost or damaged please contact USPS with your provided tracking number. All orders containing an 8oz jar candle, are shipped with insurance.
RETURNS:
-We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at cozyposiecandleco@gmail.com, so that we can work to resolve the issue.
Do I combine shipping cost? YES
-If you place one large order and the shipping cost go over the amount charged, I cover the shipping overage.
-If you place multiple orders, after I combine the orders, I will refund the difference of the exact shipping cost.
-For orders under 1lb they are shipped via first class mail, and all orders over 1lb are shipped via priority mail with insurance.
